Rose I am here still...I see so much of my stuff in other people and I am able to love them, but cannot love myself....so you see when you see others suffering and it touches you , its because you see something of yourself....am i talking crap here? well i know what i mean...what im trying to say is by loving you I am starting to love and accept myself....you see this is how it all works because at the end of the day we are so connected....you are NEVER alone ever...although it seems ike it.....

I love you....good and so called bad...there is no bad, jsut stuff we need to accept about ourselves...thats all...shine that light in there and really honestly truthfully there is nothing that can hurt us.........

so for me right now its easier for me to love oithers than love myself directly
by the power of pure intent it merges...good and bad, we just need to embrace it thats all
