I took 3 or 4 xanax to get me through the shaking parts of the withdrawal but then the oldtimers in AA told me that I needed to stop or risk becoming addicted to them. So I did. I didn't want to go through the hell of withdrawing from one substance only to get hooked on another. But I was shaking so bad and had to work so the Xanax did serve its purpose for me.
I don't know anything about Librium. Just be very cautious and congrats on the 7 days!
