Sorry your going through this. I wish i could tell you something to do to make it all better, but we all know that's not possible. My question is have you discussed his behavior with the rest of your family (mother, father, brothers, sisters)? Also, has he said any of these "self injury" types of things to anyone else? If is possible to have someone 302'd into a mental institution. If your afraid that he will harm himself they will admit him unwillingly. And with the drug problem maybe a treatment could ensue... I'm not sure if this is a possibility but.. good luck and my prayers are with you. Hugs!
