I've been taking this for years off and on for sleep. It's the only thing that will really let me sleep. I have really bad anxiety, etc. It works great at stopping the mind from racingggggggg all night long. For me anyway.
I've never found it addicting at all. Can stop and start it anytime.
It's a life saver for me!
