hey eddie (and all)
did my tae bo yesterday--it is called the 8 minute workout--sounds easy--only 8 minutes but it is very hard they pack like a half hour workout into 8 minutes---i can do about 5 minutes ,then i just walk in place--if i keep it up though i know ill be ablt to go longer and longer and maybe even do it twice a day!!
