it might not have started working yet, it took 4 weeks for me. I'm not sure how long you've been taking it for? I've stopped taking it now (tapered off with doctor's help) because I was sleeping too much. There are maybe as many different reactions as there are people, because it works on chemicals in the brain and we're all wired differently.
You could try cutting down on coffee if you drink it during the day. Exercise is a great way to get your body tired, which will make it want to rest. You might have to be patient about this one, it takes time for the body to adjust to sobriety. If you drank for a long time, its going to take a while for your body to right itself. Relaxation techniques and meditation are good also. Some people are just bad sleepers and always have been.
