I know it is a real struggle to come to terms with a disease that your family doesn't even want to talk about. I can tell you are very motivated to find the solutions to coping with your disease and I have a lot of respect for that. Maybe some deep breathing and meditations at night (after a hot bath) and I always like to have the scent of lavender or vanilla beside the bed. There are some really good sprays and candles at various stores. Sleep is a big problem for a lot of us here. Well, keep posting, glad you are here!
