those symptoms also parallel symptoms related to mercury or heavy metal toxicity, candida, low thyroid, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
many naturopathic doctors and a few noted psychiatrists alike have been entertaining the notion that heavy metals are the cause of thousands of cases of bipolar disorder, major depression, as well as chrontic fatigue syndrome, adrenal fatigue, and other diagnoses, included autism.

i think everyone should try to eat organic food and filtered water is a neccessity in these days of toxic products taking over the market, pollutants, hormones, and environmental destruction occurring.. and these products are getting worse and worse, because they have to increase the strength of all the pesticides every year. those bugs just keep coming back stronger.

the facts clearly show us that toxins and the environmental changes of the past century are causing a great deal of stress on our health, including our mental health.

the best thing we can do is make the switch to an organic lifestyle.
it takes time.. in the last three years i have changed the following things:
* i buy 100% all natural/organic food
* i only eat meat when others are cooking
* i dont dine out too often anymore, when i do, i feel sick
* i have a water filter on my sink and also one on my shower head

someday, ill build a house out of non-toxic materials, like those engineered by Earthship Biotecture

people really need to start taking natural health seriously
and start questioning why it is we manufacture all of these
chemicals that seem to be destroying our planet, our society and our health.

i hope you can begin to feel better. one day at a time.
