By Julia Ross may be helpful for you. I am having trouble with caffeine, and I also know I am a carb addict, a lot of times I just plain eat to stuff emotions.
Bikewench once posted about praying to be concious while eating.
I have been taking amino acids and supplements to maintain blood sugar levels. To my disappointment I did not lose much weight around my waist and the bloating continues if I eat anything with wheat gluten in it. Dairy is not so good with me either. However taking L Glutamine in combination with DLPA, did help me with the cravings for sweets. I also found Biotin and Chromium to be very helpful. And do not rule out a really good multivitamin, twice a day.
So the next field is to work on restoring proper adrenal gland function and getting off the caffeine.
I am trying to buy some Teeccino to wean myself off the caffeine.
