I'll probably look into an Intensive Outpatient Program, my doctor is good, just doles out pills (at least we agree on those).
Never had a therapist that could keep up with me.
It did feel like a psychotic break, albeit mild, and it did remind me of disassociative disorder.
Yeah I'm probably just tired, but do feel (
sorry for the meldrama) traumatized from the trip and overwhelmed when I got back to
my life last night, including my parents dilemmas, sigh another biggy.
Thank you again, damn batteries in my pc stuff are low.
