Hi Joe,

I have felt the way you describe. Last year at this time I felt so down, and just existing. I would sit in the livingroom and do nothing, just look at the walls. I wouldn't feel anything, good or bad. Just there.

A therapist is a good way to express how you are feeling and what you are feeling. I have learned over some time now to "feel" what I am feeling, actually listen to what my emotions are telling me. Sometimes I have to be quiet just to hear what I am trying to tell myself through what I feel.

Just to let you know, Joe. You are not alone, and here you can find some comfort in knowing that there are those of us who share similar feelings to what you are going through. Keep coming back here and talk talk talk, write and get it out. We are here to listen and not judge...
Best to you and healing thoughts sent your way,
Wolfstarr
