He did file Assault charges against me but the cop that came by Friday didn't take me in when I explained to him that my ex. was due to give me child support and alimony on the 27th which he didn't do and my lawyer is going to have to staighten that out.

But I do have to go in Monday to get booked, pay $25.00 and post bond. He also had a social worker come to see if I was taking good care of our kids. But she was nice when I explained to her the charges I had filed against him.

Also on our income tax he got it to where he can claim the kids and not give me even half of the money so that lawyer is working on that too.

I'm going to a meeting tonight. I know you said I was strong not to drop the charges but right now I don't feel strong.

Though it does help to tell myself that what goes around comes around and I believe you when you say that he is abusing the new girl too.

For he only cares about himself. I'm going to go to meetings to keep my resolve plus I wanted to Thank you for the advice that you have given me too.
