My Perfect Day

If I can retire and do this every day, I know I would have found heaven.

1) Get up early and have two fried eggs on toast, a glass of orange, and a bowel of cereal
2) Read the papers with my girlfriend and enjoy the silence
3) Tidy up the house with loads of sunshine coming through the windows
4) Go to watch Millwall play: we win 5-0 against Crystal Palace
5) Spend the evening fishing my favourite Gravel pit, with the sun going down and a flask of tea
6) Come home when it gets dark and read poetry, whilst my girlfriend paints something nice
7) Speak to my Dad who tells me the fence I put up in his garden is perfect, just perfect
8) Read a great silly stupid novel (that is secretly fantastic - you know the ones).
9) Drift of to sleep.
