Great to read that you have managed to not smoke for more than 4 weeks. It is a change that you will ever regret

A few years ago I did the stupid thing and started smoking because my mates had started, I used to crave ciggarettes, especially when I saw others smoking. One time I was smoking while waiting for a bus with my friends and a man (probaly aged 70+) spoke to us and said it was the biggest mistake of his life to smoke because he now has health problems.

I think that was when I was shocked and knew it was time to stop. Weeks after I gave up (I'm trying to give up bad food now, it is harder when you've done something all or most of your life, just gotta live healthier

), I hardly ever wanted a ciggarette, now I wish they were banned. I think that the you will keep going in the right direction. You have gained more than you have lost (courage...) I know positive thinking is the way forward!
