HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! I'm sure you realize being bi-polar and speed free at all is a tremendous accomplishment! I'm pretty proud of myself, too. It's just hard sometimes, cuz it's like hard to concentrate just normally, but I try to remember to slow down, because nothing is worth going backwards for-nothing.
