I am a 28 year old female... Who also was prescribed prozac.. I only took 20mg QD... but it made me feel as if I was crazy... It made me feel like I did not have any feelings but when I got mad I got really mad!!!! It also affected how I felt about sex... I did not have much of any sex drive!!!! Maybe you should talk to your doctor about the thoughts that you are having? I would!!!!
