Yes, the exercise and watching what you eat should help with the diabetes.

Staying focused on the positive will help you get from one day to the next. Quitting everything all at once can be overwhelming.......take it in stages and prioritize and ther is much better success rate.

Congrats on the no smoking! Love the numbers..lol
