Glad to do so, Pony. I'm struggling myself, now that I've been told I'm right over the line into diabetes land...
And the holidays certainly don't help with weight and sugar issues, for sure.
I have been going to the gym regularly. I got a bit off track with the holidays, but, more on than off still. Exercise is supposed to help with sugar, I understand.
I also quit smoking! It's now Four weeks, 12 hours, 16 minutes and 42 seconds smoke free. That's 1140 cigarettes not smoked, saving $313.62. Life saved: 3 days, 23 hours, 0 minutes.
And because I've quit smoking, I'm not drinking near as much. I had hoped to stop completely during the beginning of my quit, but, that hasn't panned out. And yes, I know it's not good for my sugar too...
But, I'm still not smoking! And I am exercising!
So, for today, I'm going to focus on the positives!
