Well, I don't think I'll ever find anyone to rent this damnable place out. Personally, I wouldn't blame anyone for not wanting this place too. Last night at around 11:30PM the cops had to make yet ANOTHER trip out here to get the idiot that lives next door to turn his music off (yes, it was loud because I was feeling vibrations in my bed and walls from it). SO, when they got to this apartment building, the music shut off of course. But guess what happened when they left! Yep, thats right... The party must go on!
So about 4:00AM, they then decide to start making a bunch of "thumps" and "stomps" in they're place. Me being the person who can't sleep well in times such as this decided to get up, go into my bathroom, and listen into the neighbors room to see if I could tell what all was happening. Well, to make a long story short, the guy and gal got into an argument about something. Not sure what, but I know that the women kept screaming and yelling how she hated him and how she was going to kill him for hitting her in the face. The guy kept telling her to settle down and that he didn't hit her. The women was hysterical though wether he did anything or not...
Anyway, I think I'm screwed on all this. I can't live here while all this crap is going on. I know for a fact that I can't go through this when school starts back up because I'm taking a heavy load this next semester, and I'm really going to have to struggle with it to keep up, and with crap like this going on almost everynight, it's not going to go down easily. I called my grandmother last night and informed her that I felt I had more than enough proper grounds to break the lease under and be strong in court if he (Landlord) decided to sue. I've placed an add in the local News Channel's website as well as place ads all over campus. I've even reserved an ad in the school newspaper for when the school starts back up again. So far, I've had 1 person check the place out and she doesn't even appear to be interested either.
