Saving Up For the Splurge? Don't! If you skip meals during the day, chances are that you'll go overboard on the high calorie goodies at the holiday gathering. Instead, lighten up your caloric intake during the day by about 500 calories, but don't skip any meals. Eat about half of what you normally would eat at each meal.
I go to Bally's gym, and get this through their nutrition site. Gonna try. Sometimes, I worry, though. With so much going on, I'm rather afraid of adding one more thing to my life -- on top of smoking, house, school, gym... Too many changes at once. But, I've got the beginnings of diabetes and need to change some things. So, I'll take little pieces of this until I'm more centered. And I'll take it one day at a time.
