Well, it's like this Grumpy... My grandmother is my main source of income besides my job. She's paying for this apt. as well as school. Needless to say, my grandmother is something very special and at times someone I feel I don't deserve due to how nice and sacrificial she is. Personally, I do think it's worth it. I think it's WAYYYY WORTH IT, however I feel that most of the decision is up to my grandmother since she's the one that is paying my way like this. Please don't let this make you think I'm a spoiled guy because I do work hard for everything I do. I even try to make some of the payments when I can, it's just that this apartment that I've found seems like it's everything this apt that I'm in now isn't.
Why wouldn't my landlord accept my deal? I see it as being a good deal given everything is the way it was when I first moved in. There is a drawer handle that needs to be glued back onto where it first was as it's broken, however a little wood glue and it's like new. I see my landlord being a jerk and saying no, and me missing this awesome place and not ever having the chance to get it again. The other landlord of the other place has already told me that she has someone that is wanting that place now; so it's only a matter of time before I miss it. I am thankful that I have a roof over my head and all that, it's just like this:
Wouldn't you want your food to taste good and be healthy instead of just one or the other?
