Welbutrin is known not to have the sexual side effects that the SSRIs have. Although the regular 2X a day Welbutrin SR is fine, the 1X a day Welbutrin XL is advertised specifically as not having those effects. I found that by the time I was due to take the next day's pill, I had a headache. The XL has a cleaner molecule, my doc told me. I went back to the SR.
