Wow, Best. You just helped with a question that I have been holding inside for a long, long time.
How do I forgive myself? Because I haven't. But I see now that I need to do the 4th step to see exactly what I need to forgive myself for. And the steps are in order for a reason. I trust that I will get there at the right time, in the right place and that I will be ready when that time comes.
