Does anyone know what the dosage for benefit is for Omega 3?
I heard that 3000mg is a good dose to start with. I am taking 2000mg daily right now.
I also find that B vitamins help. B vitamins are depleted quickly through the body when the body is under stress, either physical or emotional. Therefore supplements are a tremendous benefit.
