I believe that is correct about the magnesium. A couple of weeks ago I was surfing the net and I do recall an article concerning mag.

Just for kicks and grins, I checked my multi vitamin label. The magnesium in the vitamin is only good for 25% of the recommended daily allowance.

Wonder why not 100%?

Interesting connection with depression though..............
