I've read some stuff about vitamin D and plan to get more into my system and I think i'm gunna try the omega-3 oils, but I haven't heard anything about vitamin B or magnesium being low in depression sufferers? Could you tell me more about that?
I would love to do the sugar-free diet thing, but i have such a huge sweet tooth that i don't think I could do it if I tried
