I have depression with what may be some OCD tendencies.I can take a small thing and let it bother me terribly,so that it intrudes on my peace of mind daily.Knowing what causes it helps a lot.But it can still be incredibly painful at times.This is an area where my 12 step program can be very valuable.Make yourself at home here.There are a lot of good people and a lot of support.
And I understand about feeling fat,even though you know you are not.Sometimes our view of the mirror gets distorted by our symptoms.But this too is treatable
