I also had a blip recently and have gotten back on the sober horse again. It was building for awhile but totally scared the bejeezers out of me how quickly I fell back into old habits.
Turns out I can't moderate, for years I drank to get plastered and that usually resulted in negative things happening. This blip was no different.
