firstly, dont loose faith in yourself (although your head, at this moment, might be telling you otherwise)

Secondly realise that thousands of others are doing it without AA and are happy and sober.

And thirdly, use the internet to find out whats best for you.

If you were like me I was terrified of leaving/betraying AA. Well, dont be, it will pass - just try and find something else if you are sure its not working for you.

I am always here if you want to chat. There are few on here who are doing it without 12 steps.
