Welcome Place", offering shelter and transitional services to Manitoba’s new refugees. On a quiet residential street in an inner-city neighborhood, the organization helps with temporary accommodation, assistance finding a home, language training, and familiarization with things such as banking, shopping, transportation, the health system and daily living in Manitoba.
