That's what I had to do anyway...
I haven't weighed myself for more than 5 years... and have no idea what I weigh...
but.. I can tell easier now when I'm putting on weight... and when I'm losing too much ... because I'm more in tune with my body... and not some pieces of metal and plastic and some numbers that go round and round

eat healthy... get moderate aerobic exercise ... drink adequate amounts of water... and treat oneself with love and consideration...
