Charts say I should weigh 20 lbs less then the weight I felt the best at.
At 10 lbs under the weight I felt good at, I started to feel sick.
Proper exercise, healthy eating, and fat to muscle ratio I think would be more important then what number the scale stops on.
Proper exercise and healthy eating, would tend to bring all other things in line. No scale should be needed
