Well, perspective is very hard and very different for everyone. hard to say without saying that consulting a DR. on this is really the only safe way. Maybe what you should do is figure out when you were happy and comfortable at any given time and weight. If that is possible. I know that we can be the hardest on ourselves and never learn to be happy with what we see in that mirror. It's the opinion of others that usually starts us down that unhappy with ourselves road.

Staying on a regular healthy eating patteren and a exercise routine....everything in moderation.......your body could just adjust to where it is a healthy weight. Take into account that eveyrone has different body types...so what is good for one doesn't neccessarily mean it's good for another.
