I have been off for 23 days. I still have to deal with diarrhea althought it is on & off. I also still have joint aches. Sleeping is slowly improving but only up to 4 hours or so at a time. The first 10 days were pure hell but I went cold turkey from 5-6 fiorinal a day to zero. It was too drastic but am on the upswing now. Drink lots of water. Try to get up and move. Listen to music....dance around the room.
Keep up the great work..............it is all worth it!!! will keep you in my prayers!!
