Just back from a meeting. There was one guy there. When sharing he pointed out he was the only guy in the room wearing a suit- that he had a great responsibility for all of his clients, the importance of his role. That he was so wowed by a guy (who he mentioned by name then started going into this other guy's rough history- jail etc) who was not at this meeting- but had related utter delight in buying a washing machine. I hope he realises with his growing awareness how important sobriety is- not as an adjunct to a 'normal' life- but as a priority.
