You could certainly try taking the aforementioned supplements. They might prove beneficial. Your liver enzymes will go down without them, if you abstain from alcohol consumption for 60 days. You can prove that to yourself simply by having a blood test done in 60 days - you will see the liver enzymes drop back down toward their normal range.

As an aside, all of the aforementioned supplements are to be found in food sources. Brazil nuts, for example, contain a significant amount of selenium. NAC, by the way, is produced in the body via l-Cysteine, the amino acid that is found in egg yolks and poultry.

Since you're concerned about your liver's health, you might want to read Ann Louise Gittleman's THE FAT FLUSH PLAN, a weightloss/detox diet book that targets the liver and kidneys, two primary organs of detoxification.
