[CHRONICFATIGUE9]

Hello, I am 30 Male. I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for almost 10 years now. I had a few good years but now I am in really bad shape and every day is a challenge to get through, actually every hour is hard to get through, the only time I am out of misery is when I am sleeping. None the less that is not my question. My question is that I have been taking one 15mg Restoril at bedtime for almost a year now. I will take more than that on occasion (maybe once every two weeks if i have something important to do the next day and have to sleep).

My question is, is it possible that some of my cognitive symptoms I am experiening such as extreme dizzyness, lack of concentration, anxiety, and extreme fatigue could be caused by side effects of my long term use of Restoril? Could the restoril be adding to my already existant Chronic Fatigues Syndrome symptoms? I am going to get off of the Restoril, going to do it slowly as that is how I heard to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.
