I’ve been having real trouble controlling my sleeping habits lately. Actually I’ve had trouble, it seems, since I was really little. I can’t seem to control the time I go to bed and the time I wake up. I’m starting to get really frustrated because I’m trying my best to go to bed early and waking up early, but each time I fail. I keep missing work, but my boss is pretty lenient and understanding, however my bills aren’t.

Basically I can’t keep from staying up a few hours extra each day and I can’t keep from sleeping around 8-10 hours. I really don’t know what to do and I wonder if I have an actually serious problem or if it’s something I
can control on my own.
