yes.
I believe the body, mind and soul have an inate need to right themselves... and if we sit quietly and listen ... they will whisper the answers to us....
But.. my disease whispers as well.. and I went into recovery to learn which whisper to listen to ...
It's getting easier and easier to recognize which whisper belongs to what... ;o)
