Hmm...I think timing is crucial with the particular combination of meds you're on. That second dose of bupropion should probably not be taken past about 3PM. I used to take mine six hours apart at like 8AM and 2PM. Also, when are you taking the Lexapro? That I used to take at about 5PM and I think it helped with sleep that way. Talk to your pharmacist and/or doc about the timing and maybe something for sleep, OK?
