Hi Kathy,
I have been on zoloft for a few years, very low dosage. but it really has helped me with anxiety and depression. i was on prozac for many years and feel that zoloft has been a much better anti depressant for me. i have never felt severe side effects from the drug, sometime sleeplessness but that is about it.
