Definately consult your prescription doctor. If you have recently been administered the medication, your body is still adjusting to the medication. With change can come stress/anxiety, and that stress/anxiety is being manifested in your interpersonal relationships (daughter, husband, etc)

You'll most likely need to ride this out. Educate yourself, then education your family about what is going on with the medication, etc. You will also need to learn how to recognize stressor cues, and also develop coping techniques to deal with your heightened stress/anxiety level.

I know there are members in the community who are also on lithium. They may be able to give a personal experience that could provide additional insight.
