Top of the list isn't shown.
What is important,,isn't what is on the list but the instructions at the bottom of the sign. No matter what the sin, if we don't repent, we would all become lost.

Many call out lord lord and He will say... get away from Me for I do not know you.
As John the Baptist told the people... Repent for the Kingdom is at hand.

In God's eyes no sin holds any more value then the next but one and that sin is the rejection of His calling to us all.
