We call that "frozen willy." Or anorgasmia in women. It can be treated with BuSpar or Gingko. Talk to your doc about it.

The fogginess may or may not go away. I also have ADD supposedly, so I have to take Wellbutrin and Strattera in addition to the Cymbalta and they seem to keep me de-fogged. LOL.

I saw my psychiatrist Wednesday and we agreed that the Cymbalta is causing my weight gain. But everyone is different and some folks do LOSE weight. I just think weight gain is more common than the manufacturer wants people to think, so it's important to be aware of the possibility.
