It's a good idea to smoke outside and not in the car with your son, but they cannot tell you to quit smoking and withhold your child for that. There would be a lot of us without our children if that were the case.
Don't call them and give them more to use against you. Let your attorney do the calling. Don't offer more information than they need to know.
Why were you out of medication?
