sbrytysis801, maybe you should only weigh yourself once a month.
I know, it hard not to weigh yourself 10 times a day. I used to do that but since I do it once a month, I'm not "obsessing" and I'm losing weight.
Obsessing will discourage you when your results are not instantanous.
