Hello Chey,
When we stop putting food in our bodies, they shut down many processes in order to conserve fuel. When no food is added, all you will be loosing is lean muscle, not fat. Fat comes off very slowly. The body will digest lean muscle in order to have energy for things like sitting up, walking around, thinking, breathing, heart beats, smiling, talking, the process of digestion itself and anything else you can think of. Everything we do requires fuel. Sorry to be so graphic, however, this is a biological reality. Your body is asking you, in the only way it can, to do something for it, which is eat.
Please let me know what happens next.
Peace,
firefly
