Hey Lauren,
If you haven't looked at them yet, some general 12 Step stuff might be helpful, as one aspect of this addiction,
(food,)that it has in common with other addictions, is the self defeating thought process. Meditation books are also good, especially ones that have thoughts for the day. You may be ready to look beyond the mechanics of the illness and at the underlying emotional stuff. Please post back and let me know what you find.
