Hi I'm Known as Gwyngyll

This is my second serious attempt at sobriety, I managed
7 months the last time but lapsed a year ago. My life is
really miserable at the moment (only 4 days in).

Really glad to find your site, I'm not one for personal group
contact so I hope this forum will give me some well needed support.
