Sorry to hear about your knee. My first question would be is there other drugs in your life or is this the first sign of any addiction? My best advice would be to let your doctor know what is happening so he might give you something else for a short time. In any case the best thing is to just stop using. I can ony speak for myself, but sometimes pain is a good thing. It lets us know we are still alive. You have done a good first step in addmitting you are powerless over this drug. Find a meeting in your area and learn that there is a better way of life. It works for me.
